How much do you wanna bet that before the end of 2006, Michael "Brownie" Brown gets a medal? After all, it's what all of Bush's loser cronies get - a nice feathered nest and a medal. Hell, sometimes you even become Governor if you can find a midwestern state dumb enough to still think Bush is just peachy...

So when Liberal Avenger put me onto the story, I had to go see if it could really be true. Yes, Brownie (which is my Dad's nickname, by the way) has been rehired by FEMA! CBS News is reporting:

(CBS) - CBS News correspondent Gloria Borger reports that Michael Brown, who recently resigned as the head of the FEMA, has been rehired by the agency as a consultant to evaluate it's response following Hurricane Katrina.
