"The good people of Colorado Springs have managed to prevent the Mike Jones book tour from sullying their town and "opening old wounds." Apparently, as far as the good men and women of Ted Haggard's New Life Church are concerned, truth is an embarrassing and inconvenient crime. On the other hand, 14 years of hypocrisy, adultery, bigotry and the emotional and psychological abuse of children represents a tradition to be protected and shielded from the assault and dishonor of facts.
"Jesus may have forgiven Ted Haggard and the members of New Life Church. I have not." -- QueerSighted blogger Richard Rothstein
