For those of you left wondering about the Jesus statue held ransom for some dog turds, I have an update. As I predicted, 3 days later the Son of God returned to the garden.

A Kent County woman says a treasured family heirloom has been returned after it was hijacked amid allegations she doesn't clean up after her dogs.
Sunday night, Jean told WZZM 13 News the statue had been returned, taken not by neighbors but by a family member. She declined to explain further, only that this has now become a family situation.

Jean says she is happy the statue is back, and says she doesn't intend to press charges.

Christ has never had a lot of luck with close friends, but, man... Family? That Holy Spirit always looked like a troublemaker to me what with that speaking in tongues and whatnot.

It's good to hear Jesus has arrived safely back home. Perhaps Jesus's keeper will realize she is in fact her Dog's keeper as well.

Take care

Why couldn't Jesus clean up the weiner poop?

No one had rolled the rock away yet, Annette.

LMAO, Bil. Seriously, this was one of the funniest things I heard all week!

BTW, I think that Jesus didn't clean up after his dog because there wasn't any potential to turn dog shit into wine.
