Katastrophe appeared on a Nicky Click album I reviewed last year and he shined on it. And I effin' love this song, Katastrophe's "The Life":

And Katastrophe, in his own words on being a queer FTM hip-hop star:

It affects everything, especially my art. It is, at this point, the focus of my life. I rap about it in some songs, and even the songs that I do not mention it in are still informed by my experiences. It also makes it difficult to be part of straight hip hop culture, because I am scared of what could happen if someone does not know and then they find out.
