Stephen Colbert takes on the Department of Justice's illegal hiring practices and Monica Goodling in this hilarious segment of "The Word." You may remember Goodling rejected many lawyers for career prosecutor positions, including a lesbian, because they weren't conservative Bush cronies.

I am reminded of Bobby Kennedy:

I love Colbert. I wish he really was running for President.
