my spouse is korean. we split and she went home 3 months ago when i transitioned.
we'd been together for 26 years.
two nights ago she called me. apparently harisu's story was on the korean channel, and my spouse finally got to hear all this explained in her own language. she said "i just wanted to tell you i understand now."
