I am so excited! Bil and Jerame are coming to Seattle May 20 - 22. I hope to have some time to show them around. We have a troll that lives under a bridge, a gum wall, flying fish, a water taxi, islands, volcanoes, The Center of the Universe, and of coarse the best gayborhood in America.

seattle-space-needle.jpgWhether Bil, Jerame and I will have the chance to climb the 14,411 foot Mount Rainer during their brief visit, is yet to be seen. While Bil and I aren't busy climbing giant volcanoes, you can join us on May 22 for a discussion about life as an LGBTQ blogger, or as Bil likes to say, "the crazy life in Bilerico World."

Doors are at 6:30 PM and the event starts at 7:00 PM. We'll be at the 2100 Building, 2100 24th Avenue South, in the main auditorium.

Special thanks to our sponsors, Out in Front and Equal Rights Washington for arranging the visit. We also want to thank The Pride Foundation and The Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA) for helping spread the word.

Donations are requested at the door. Bil's extra baggage fees for his Neil Patrick Harris shrine would shock you.

Any chance for a Bilerico-specific meet-up during this visit?

Do we have a lot of Seattle fans? I wasn't sure we'd have enough to do anything, Rory.

I'm so excited to be working with Joe and the fine folks at Out In Front and Equal Rights Washington.

Well, I'm a fan. ;-) But I really don't know how many others there are. I have friends who read Bilerico, and I often send out articles from the blog to my list, and that's 300 people. I guess I can't imagine that I'm the only one.

If nothing else, I guess we could just grab some dinner before or after the event. I figure if you can travel 2,500 miles to come to Seattle, I can handle the 60 miles from my house.

PFFFT! Don't have enough fans here in Seattle? Please.

You do have Seattle fans- sadly, I'll be on a gay men's health retreat in Montana that weekend... You'll just have to come back!
