Scissor Sisters has to have one of the best PR firms working for them. Whether it's the fake profile for lead singer Jake Shears or this faux news report, the band has really found some ingenious ways to publicize their new album, Night Work. They even managed to get Jane Fonda to appear in this creative social media advertainment.

God I can't stand the scissor sisters. Here they are again talking up how gay they are now that they have an album to sell, but wait a while and they'll go back to saying that they're "universal" and don't respect musicians who make too big a deal of their homosexuality, like Pansy Division.

omg that was hilarious! I have no idea who the Scissor Sisters are, but I have to admit I laughed out loud (lol for all you hipsters out there) at the intro's discussion of a botched vaginoplasty and Amanda LePore's weather report of meteorological genius. I remember when every news report on cable was just like this.
