This past weekend, I flew down to Atlanta, GA for four fantastic days at Dragon*Con, Dragonconlogo.pngone of the largest geek conventions in the US. Since 1998, Dragon*Con brings over 30,000 nerds, geeks, whathaveyou of all varieties to discuss their fandoms, meet industry professionals, and to stalk meet celebrities from shows like True Blood, Firefly, and Star Trek.

There were plenty of cute boys dressed up in spandex (and less). We got to hang out with the queer geek Atlanta crowd at a party hosted by Outlantacon, a convention for queer geeks every year.

For those of you who don't know, on the side I run a queer comic book podcast and blog called Scarlet Betch and my partner-in-crime, Anthony, and I took the opportunity of both being at Dragon*Con to film this video version of our usual podcast. Hope you enjoy!

Anthony and I chat about the latest queer news in comic books, give some shout-outs to the super queeroes out there, and review the newest issues of Buffy Season 8 and Avengers: Children's Crusade.

That video is ridiculously adorable. You two obviously had a great time making it! I'll be on the lookout for future Scarlet Betch 'casts.

Have fun! Anthony is ADORABLE! And Jason, you look so hot in that ensemble! You've got to be making all the boys CARAZAY!

You two made me wish I was there to hang with you. I don't think you could get any cuter!

I'm a huge comic fan, and I recently gave away my collection.
To a good cause. Yay!

I appreciate you all being on the lookout for gay characters. I have been too. And some of my collection were introductory firsts of such characters.

Keep up the great work!

You flew to Dragon Con? I think you out-nerded 99% of the site there, Jason. :)
