I recently did a big show on Pin-Up art of the 1940s-1950s (you can watch a video anthology of the show on youtube) and was interested to learn that two of the most prominent artists were women. Pearl Frush and Zoe Mozert produced hundreds of frothy illustrations featuring shapely girls in sexy poses.

Check out some examples after the jump.
