Okay, I stuck it out for four minutes, then shut it off. It's the same three chords, over and over (and over), some garbled lyrics, and a bit of early-Who-style feedback in the middle. Not even a bridge: just a relentless repetition of the same musical structure -- unless the feedback section was supposed to provide that. I'm not sure why I "gotta" see this, so enlighten me. Did I miss something in the last twenty seconds? Is this someone I should know about? It just seemed so... lame.
Having a good day, Sean?
Yeah, I am. So why does this fall under the category of something I "gotta" see? Tell me what I'm missing here, guys.
I dunno, Sean. The "Gotta" in "You Gotta See This" isn't referring to any legal obligation, so you're entirely free to not watch it. Don't like punk music, as it seems you don't? Well, that's why I put the word "punk" in the description. It's a warning that the video is about punk music.
Otherwise I'd just say it's a great live performance (recorded not-so-great) from a popular queer punk band that many people enjoy. I've shared that video with others and they've liked it, so I thought I'd share it here.
