The White House blog has put up a great video of behind the scenes footage from last week's presidential signing ceremony for the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell. Captain Jonathan Hopkins, who was discharged under the policy, Rep. Patrick Murphy, who led the charge in the House of Representatives, and Presidential advisor Melody Barnes are featured.

I noticed the President used many pens and it appeared he used one for each separate letter in his name. Maybe he does that with each bill he signs into law. It would be interesting to learn who received each of those pens or where they went such as one for the presidential library.

That's standard practice for bills which are considered A Big Deal in one way or another.
