The Scissor Sisters just released a new video for "Invisible Light" - arguably the best song from Night Work. In a recent interview with X Magazine, lead singer Jake Shears says scissor-sisters-grab.jpgthat he regrets not releasing "Invisible Light" as the lead single from the album because it's such a fan favorite.

I think 'Fire With Fire' wasn't the right single to release first. That's the heartbreak about it - it's something I always follow, always going with my instincts... Because, if you put something out when you're following your instincts and it fails, it's all on you. 'Invisible Light' should have been the first single.

The video is after the jump. It might be not safe for work if you have a particularly prudish workspace because it shows naked women. It's an "an homage to surrealist '60s cinema by filmmakers like Luis Buñuel and Henri-Georges Clouzot" according to OMGblog. (Which is the nice way to say it's very odd.)

I'm not the biggest Scissor Sisters fan but I do like this video very much and think the songs not bad either...

I'm not familiar with the Scissor Sisters. This sounded interesting enough to... find out the video doesn't work with my connection.
