Surely that is a concatenation of hustler and prostitute but I have no idea about the pubic haircut. The artist must have had weird fantasies.

Maybe weird fantasies combined with a slightly deficient artistic sense: the lighting seems to come from below, so it could be that's an exaggerated shadow of the posing strap.
