The homophobic flight safety video?

This video was produced for New Zealand Air with the rugby team All Blacks. And it's been edited since some people considered a small joke at 2:50 homophobic.

In 76 countries around the world being LGBT is a criminal offense and this what some people are getting riled up about?

Its a harmless joke. Let's focus on things that are really going to improve the lives of LGBT people.

Didn't seem homophobic to me....

If anything it seemed like they were making a joke about the rugby player's homophobia. That "ewwwww!" gesture he did was ridiculously silly.

I agree with Michael Crawford, though. It's not like this video was saying the gay flight attendant should be locked up or killed. There's more important things to focus on than a flight safety video.

Don't you all understand?! Since the player refused to kiss the attendant's cheek, he'll get the worst in-flight service! This is the tyranny of the homosexual! They're trying to turn all of us into queers! *scream*

The attendant was adorable! The little kiss bit was totally in keeping with the humor. What kind of killjoy complained?
