A federal judge has ruled DOMA unconstitutional. According to Andrew Napolitano, senior legal news analyst at Fox, any attempt to defend the ruling will lose. So why bother?

Boehner, Gingrich, Santorum et al are just pandering to their religious right base. They know full well that anything they come up with in the House will be shot down in the Senate or vetoed by Obama.
