Rick Perry appeared on Letterman last night to do the Top Ten list. His topic? The top ten excuses for his debate performance Wednesday night.

Am I supposed to find this funny? Giving a bigot and someone who's all about repressing the rights of people and being a corporate tool a chance to redeem himself by supposedly showing 'what a wonderful sense of humor' he has. This isn't satire, it's a show owned by a corporation showing their true colors.
The most appropriate comment was Letterman's in his introduction, "Nice suit."
Most of us had realized really early that there is nothing INSIDE that suit, but it's nice anyhow. When it comes to Rick Perry, there's no "there" there.
Jon Stewart's take on "The Daily Show" is hilarious, a silver bullet between Perry's eyes. Look for it on YouTube or the "Daily Show" website.
