If there's one thing I like about Jimmy Kimmel it's his willingness to point out just how ridiculous the average person is. This time around, Kimmel points out the lengths people will go to just to seem like they're not as dumb as a brick.
While I spent most of last night's debate on Twitter making fun of the undecided voters and mocking both candidates (#mockthevote), Kimmel took it one step further. He didn't just laugh at those to stupid to figure out the differences between two polar opposite candidates for leader of the free world, he found a way to find people even more vapid.
Kimmel sent a crew out on Tuesday afternoon to ask people what they thought of "last night's debate" (meaning Monday night). Not surprisingly several people proclaimed a winner and most filled in specific details about what they liked about it when it hadn't even happened yet.
Here's my take away. Everyone knows that "undecided voter" is code for "idiots who haven't been paying attention." These folks know that too and are too ashamed to admit they're not paying attention. I guess that's something.
