"Marriage should only be considered as those relationships in which the members have sex facing each other, which does not occur between homosexual couples."

-- Right-wing, anti-gay Mexican politician Ana Maria Jiménez Ortiz, explaining gay sex at a marriage equality forum in the state of Puebla earlier this month.

As someone who's presumably had a lot more gay sex than Ms. Ortiz, I can personally reassure her that gay couples absolutely can and do have sex facing each other. But as Dan Savage points out, she doesn't have to take my word for it -- she could just fire up her computer and find herself some gay porn.
