NOM's Anti-Equality Rally in VA Looks Like a Snooze-Fest

Today, a federal appeals court in Richmond, Virginia will hear oral arguments in Bostic v. Schaefer (formerly known as Bostic v. Rainey), a challenge to that state's marriage discrimination amendment. U.S. District Judge Arenda Wright Allen struck down Virgina's ban as unconstitutional back in February.

Opponents of equality, led by the National Organization for Marriage, are planning a rally outside the courthouse this hour, at 8:30 EDT (one hour before the scheduled start of oral arguments). And from the looks of things, it's going to be a snooze-fest:


That's a mighty pathetic response rate for someone who repeatedly (and falsely) claims his side has majority support, wouldn't you say?
