Antonia D'orsay is the Executive Director of This Is H.O.W., a non profit transtional living organization that deals primarily is issues of homelessness and substance abuse among trans people.

She is an infrastructure nut, a sociologist, a sometime therapist (pro bono) and an entrepreneur who hates cars and calls those who oppose the collective LGBT community "opponents".

Her involvement in the community includes personal mentoring, political activism, work in the fields of homelessness, addiction, HIV/AIDS prevention, education, and consulting. She is a former board member of TransMentors International, immediate past Chair of the Board for This Is H.O.W., and is the other, annoying part of Arizona TransAlliance, a political activism group.
